I sit at the intersection of engineering and operations. My day is one part Python, SQL and internal tooling, and one part SOPs, stakeholder alignment and quality control — building the boring plumbing that turns a manufacturing floor into a system you can actually run.

Trained as a computer & medical engineer, currently owning the IT and digitalization domain at EG Veranda. Previously data engineering at Traverse Health and ML/NLP research at Acıbadem Technology.

IT Manager — Owner, IT & Digitalization

  • Hold end responsibility for the full IT and digitalization domain of a mid-sized manufacturer: systems, processes, and internal tooling that run daily operations.
  • Direct IT operations and governance: access/change management, backups, endpoints, continuity and operational stability.
  • Own management reporting: internal dashboards for KPIs, revenue and job status, with enforced data consistency across reusable reporting components.
  • Designed and run an order & stock tracking workflow (web UI + SQLite) with low-stock alerts, replacing manual tracking.
  • Standardized order-intake and product-option processes to minimize error margins across the order flow.
  • Established SOPs, templates and checklists (quality/issue registration, dealer onboarding, work instructions) that improved handover and consistency.
  • Own dealer/partner flow and transport & planning governance; coordinate and quality-check external web/IT partners and corporate communications.
